Docs — Members and roles

One company, one URL per member.

The company

Every account belongs to a company, created with it. People join by invitation, or on their own when an admin sets the company's email domain in Settings: anyone signing in with an address at that domain lands in the company. Members talk to the assistants open to everyone, plus the ones they were added to by name.

Roles

ActionMemberAdminOwner
Ask the assistants they have access to; hold a developer URL
Create and change assistants, sources, instructions, credentials; rotate
Invite and remove members, change roles (not owners); see the activity
Billing, plan, company settings
Delete assistants or the company

URLs per member

Each member gets their own token for every assistant they can use, created the first time they open its Developers tab. Remove a member and their URLs stop working at once; nobody else changes anything. The access review lists every URL in the company with its holder and last use.

Enforced single sign-on

Owners can require members to sign in with a Google Workspace domain, a Microsoft Entra tenant or a GitHub organization. Members who do not match are refused at sign-in.

People and billing

Free covers five people. Team is billed per person: each accepted invitation adds one with proration, and removing a member takes it away on the next invoice. Enterprise starts at fifty people.
